Welcome to Bayou Pass Village!

Established in 2005, the Bayou Pass Village is a deed restricted community of approximately 500 homes, all built through the USDA Mutual Self-Help Housing Program (for more information about the Self-Help Housing Program contact Florida Home Partnership).

Bayou Pass is located west of Interstate 75 in southern Hillsborough County, at the corner of 14th Ave. S.E. and 24th St. S.E. in Ruskin.  Ruskin offers convenience to the city with all the natural beauty of quiet country living.  Easy access to I-75 and US Hwy 41 puts the many amenities of Brandon, Tampa, and Ybor City only minutes away.

Bayou Pass is also convenient to the shopping and other attractions of the towns of Ellenton and Bradenton in Manatee County.
