This beautiful facility was named after Dorothy Duke, the founder of Florida Home Partnership, in honor of her vision to not only build affordable homes, but thriving communities.
At approximately 5,000 square-feet, the clubhouse has both large and small party rooms to accommodate a maximum of 142 people. Our beach entry swimming pool is available (residents only) for use with the small room rental.
Attached to the main hall is a catering kitchen and bar area. Outside, lines of palm trees and a clock tower make this Key West-themed center an extraordinary sight in the community.
